Rates vary according to frequency of classes.
You pay a flat monthly fee for all classes.
Group Training Drop-In Rate: $30
$225 - Attend 2 sessions per week

Customized workouts based on my unique strength circuit training
routines are designed for clients looking to workout on their own in the privacy
of their home or gym. A 45-minute written workout is provided as well as a one-on-one
demonstration of each exercise. The demonstration ensures that correct form is
used to avoid injury. |
