group. Group Training is an amazing way to stay motivated and energized. BEST
OF ALL: it is an affordable way to receive the specialized attention of one-on-one
personal training at a much lower cost. Sessions run for 55-minutes, are structured
to condition your total body fast and effectively, with intense metabolic blasting
energy! Class sizes are limited to ensure that you receive individualized instruction
and attention (minimum number of participants 1, max is 6). All fitness levels

Training The Fit Columbia personal training program is structured to support the success
of your health and wellness. Our session format is designed to include the
most important elements of a strong exercise program. The sessions are then
customized to meet your needs individually. Each session is 55-minutes in length and includes: Cardio Warm-Up (5 minutes) Strength Circuit Training Routine (45-minutes) Stretch and Cool Down (5-minutes) RATES
