Angela “Angie” Wolff has been a coach and trainer since 1998.  She is certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Beginning Yoga Instructor and Performance in Sports Nutritionist.  Beyond the studio, she has served the people of Columbia through numerous leadership roles: Health Enhancement Director for the YMCA, Director of Operations for University of South Carolina Volleyball and Assistant Athletic Director for Hammond School. She has coached volleyball, soccer and softball for over 17 years. Today she is the owner of Fit Columbia where she will use her passion for health and vibrant living to improve the quality of life for South Carolinians.

Angie’s eclectic lifestyle is what draws people in. She has not only trained some of the best athletes but she has also trained the deconditioned. Everyone deserves a vibrant life free from illness, fatigue and disease. Her lifestyle allows her to connect to people on many dimensions. She loves to be active whether it's hiking mountains (Mt. Katahdin 2009, Mt. St. Helens 2008), playing volleyball (starting setter for Venus International Tournament Women's Volleyball Champions, Jamaica 2009) or competing in her first 10K (January 2010). She traveled to Nicaragua on a mission trip this past summer with Shandon Baptist Church. This lifestyle means: you will get results! You will never get bored in a workout! You will walk away stronger, more confident and healthier.

When Angie had her second child, she went through some physically challenging times. At 5' 1"‚ she weighed over 150 pounds and felt frustrated and intimidated when trying to lose weight. Throughout her athletic career, she always had a coach guiding her so she didn’t know how to develop a weight-loss plan. Now she understands the important balance of physical exercise, affirmations, visualizations, nutritional cleansing and diet. Today she is fit and loves to empower others to do the same. Angie believes it’s more than just diet and exercise - it’s habit, it’s a support team and it’s personal will!

What began as an attempt to bounce back to good health turned into a lifelong passion of overall vibrant health. She is recognized not only as a great coach but a motivator and mentor as well. There is nothing more rewarding to Angie than to help others build self-confidence through fitness, good nutrition and will power. READ MORE A BOUT ANGIE

"I've worked with some of the best trainers around in my profession, Angie is definitely up there with the best of them. Its not often you come across someone who's really concerned about getting you where you need to go, not just physically but in your mind as well. She's one of the most positive people I've ever came across, her Faith speaks Volumes" – Christian Jackson, NFL Linebacker

"Making a commitment to a healthy lifestyle is difficult. I have worked with Angie for the past 3 years and I promise you won't find a more positive and hard working person in the business. Angie has made the committment to health inside and out and I trust her to push me to the limit everyday to reach my highest potential and weight goals."
– Millicent Sylvan, Two Time MEAC Volleyball Coach of the Year

"When I met Angie I realized her energy and efficiency was a driving force in the Columbia volleyball community. She continued to impress me with her training ethic and her push to innovate and electrify the workouts she for her teams and individuals. She understands the importance of the physical and emotional well being that comes from an experienced, passionate trainer. Angie will help you finish what you have started, or more importantly, help you start something you will feel amazing after finishing!"
– Damian Elder, Division I Women's Volleyball Coach

"Angie reaches people where they are, but never leaves them content to stay there. Angie is very different from your run-of-the-mill fitness expert. Her focus is not on your six-pack, but on your life-span; not on your waist-line, but on your soul. There is a depth to her training that transcends a normal gym experience; and I'm certain that hers is a better way. Most trainers want you to LOOK healthy; Angie wants you to BE healthy." – Andy Edgren, Hammond School Athletics Director

"Angie is someone who is very passionate about the health and well being of not only herself but those she has the opportunity to work with. If you’re someone who needs a little push to help you get to your weight goal and want to feel better about yourself, there’s no better person than Angie Wolff. Trust me I’ve experienced it myself."
– Cypheus Bunton, Former Professional European Basketball Player, USC Men’s Basketball Coach
