From 2009-2017, Angie was a volleyball coach and a strength and conditioning coach for 3 state championship winning teams: Equestrian, Competition Cheer and Tennis. She trained hundreds of high school and college athletes throughout her seventeen year career in strength and conditioning.
Since 2014, Angie has been studying yoga, fascia and all mediums designed to improve joint mobility and overall lifestyle. She has spent countless hours learning about meditation, the facia line and the evolution of stretching.
Since 2011, Angie has assisted the next generation of physical educators, from the University of South Carolina and Midlands Technical College, with intern-led wellness service projects that has raised thousands of dollars for local non-profits.
As an athlete, her women's volleyball team won the 2011 Jamaican International Volleyball Tournament where she was the starting setter. After volleyball, Angie spent several years racing in obstacle course races, mountain biking and white water kayaking. She continued on to play tennis making multiple state and sectional tournament appearances from 2014-2016. She has summited and hiked various trails and mountains between Mt St Helens to Mt Katadhin. In 2016, she spent 10 days hiking the Inca Trail with her husband, Wade Sellers.
Currently, she is the owner of Studio Sri and Fit Columbia in Five Points. She travels to universities and other yoga studios speaking about stretching.
