My mini-bio: I've been practicing yoga for over 12 years and decided in 2017 it was time to get certified to teach. Yoga has helped me to destress after a hard day of teaching kindergarteners and it has aided me in healing after sports injuries. It also helped me during my pregnancy. I took prenatal yoga classes throughout those 9 months and they helped me have a smooth delivery and recovery as well as allowing me to meet other new moms. Yoga has been a huge part of my life and I am excited to bring it to everyone in Columbia who is interested in growing their practice physically and mentally.
