Fit Columbia personal training engages clients in a series of both traditional and cutting-edge exercise disciplines. Training techniques are taught through a creative mix of cardio, body weight exercises, stretching and martial arts that’s effective, challenging and will keep you motivated.  Our trainers work with clients to develop exercise programs that meet specific goals, body types and time restrictions. Our aim is to set clients on a lasting path to success and positive lifestyle change. Our individualized approach to training allows us to work around your schedule in either an exclusive facility or the comfort of your home.
