Fit Columbia Privacy Policy

Fit Columbia is a privately-owned business and is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients.  Fit Columbia has adopted the following privacy policy for the benefit of our patrons. This policy explains our practices and the choices available to you for controlling how images, videos, or information about you are used. Please note that Fit Columbia is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of Web sites to which it may link or may be linked.

Photo Usage

We understand that not every patron will want to be identifiable in a photo or video in our social media, website, or marketing materials.  Fit Columbia is proud to have an array of high-profile community members who visit our studio frequently, and we make every effort to protect their privacy by keeping both their identities and images out of public grasp.

During special events and workshops, photos of the event may be posted online on various social media platforms.  If you do not wish to have your photo or video taken, please advise your instructor in advance. A photo release form is also available for your review.

Fit Columbia will make every effort to obtain permission to use images and videos of workshop and class participants for the website or social media. If a photo or video has been used without permission and you would prefer it not to be used, please email us at info@fitcolumbia.com, and we will be happy to remove your photo.
