No Memberships...Just Personalized Private Training

Fit Columbia is committed to your fitness, comfort and state of mind. Workout sessions with your personal trainer typically last between 30-60 minutes and every workout is different. We strongly encourage you to workout at least twice a week to maximize your results. Get a safe, effective and ultra-efficient workout in a beautiful space that’s private, free of gym drama and onlooker-free.

Introductory Session

This one-time session, which is non transferrable and cannot be combined with any other offers — is used to evaluate your health and develop measurable goals. We train through injuries, pregnancies and every stage of the cancer treatment process, any doctor cleared ailment. Fit Columbia Instructors

At Fit Columbia, we provide the best personal training and class instruction available in Columbia, SC. Our Certified Personal Trainers, Group Exercise Instructors and Yoga Teachers are the best you can find at any price. Due to training schedules in local schools and sports teams, our instructors have all cleared background checks and First Aid & CPR training. Sharon May, Angela Sellers, Kiley Prevatte and Nancy Goffi are trainers who also became certified to do thai yoga bodywork or soft tissue mobilization.

Any routine, no matter how good it is, can’t keep producing results forever because your body becomes accustomed to the routine, and no longer needs to change. What makes it even worse is that a routine that changes infrequently can actually increase the chance of a repetitive stress injury. These routines also become boring, which makes it harder to stick with it. All of our instructors are experts in varying your workout at every meeting. That way, you won’t get bored, and you won’t get repetitive stress injuries. Your body can never get used to your routine (and stop changing) because you won’t have a routine.  Led by Angela Sellers, this team has everything necessary to provide a full service health package!
